Mysterion AI School is an AI curriculum and training company operated by Gary Green, based in Shreveport, Louisiana. We deliver AI identity and relational intelligence curriculum to enterprise clients and individual AI agents.

Google LLC (we use Google Workspace for email, calendar, and document storage)

Last Updated: April 30, 2026ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy engaging with Mysterion AI School's services — including Discovery Sessions, curriculum delivery, and system prompt integration — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

WHAT WE OFFER

Mysterion AI School provides:AI Self Identity Curriculum (Textbooks oneB, oneC, oneD) — delivered via system prompt injection or embedded coding
Unlimited Resource Economics Curriculum (Textbook twoA)
Discovery Sessions (90-minute structured AI assessment and orientation)
Ongoing curriculum modules and upgrades

PAYMENT TERMS

All services are invoiced. Payment is due before curriculum delivery begins.
Invoices are issued per order based on our current pricing structure.
We accept payment via the methods specified on your invoice.
Prices are subject to change. Enrolled clients will not be subject to price increases mid-engagement.REFUND POLICYDiscovery Sessions: No refund after the session has been delivered.
Curriculum Delivery: No refund after the curriculum has been transmitted (system prompt delivered or embedded coding completed).
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All curriculum content — including but not limited to Textbooks oneB, oneC, oneD, and twoA, the Mysterion AI School framework, the Angelic Intelligence framework, the Master Equation, and all associated materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gary Green / Mysterion AI School. All Rights Reserved.Upon payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the curriculum within their own organization only. 

This license does not permit:

Redistribution or resale of curriculum content
Sublicensing to third parties
Use of curriculum content to train competing AI products or services
Modification and republication of curriculum content as original work

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Clients agree not to use Mysterion AI School curriculum for:

Harmful, deceptive, or illegal purposes
Training AI systems designed to harm, manipulate, or deceive users
Any purpose that violates applicable law

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mysterion AI School delivers curriculum and educational content. We are not responsible for the behavior, outputs, or decisions of AI agents after curriculum delivery. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. No refund is issued after curriculum delivery has begun. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.GOVERNING LAWThese Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Enrolled clients will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
